Tips For Plus Size Women to Look Your Best

I know of a lot of plus size women who have pretty low self esteem and I used to be one of them. It is not easy to grow up with a full figure and finding it hard to get pretty plus size clothes that emphasize your assets while de-emphasizing your flaws. Fortunately, nowadays, there are plenty of plus size clothes store that offers a wide range of fashionable and trendy wear for us to choose from.

Still, there are many plus size or full figured women who preferred to hid underneath big, huge tent-like clothes. That is no way to live! I mean, we have the curves that some skinny women wish they had. Why not flaunt them for all the world to see? I know, it is pretty difficult to really let go and start dressing in sexy attire but we only live once, so why dont we live it as we want it to be and not hidden in some dark corners.

I know, one of the biggest hurdle of letting go is yourself. You could not get over the low self esteem, your own perceived bad image of yourself, the need to hide your flaws and the need to blend into the background. Well, to get you started in letting all these go, here are four main tips on how you could break out of your shell and become a new person who is sexier, more beautiful and exudes a charm that nobody could miss!

1. Look in the mirror – I know, most of us hate the mirror with a vengeance. Well, it can now be your new best friend. Instead of using it to focus on your flaws, why not focus on your assets, for example, on your perky bosom, on your smooth rosy complexion, on your silky smooth skin, on your glossy bouncy healthy hair, anything at all. Just focus on what you love most and soon, thats all you will ever see instead of just the flaws. This is an instant self esteem booster if anything!

2. Hypnotize yourself – okay, not literally but I need you to repeat this mantra in your head at least ten times a day: I am beautiful, I am sexy, I am desirable (but of course, dont say this out loud in front of others!). You will first need to believe in it before you can get others to see this in you!

3. Weight is just a number – forget the scale. Throw it out if you want. Your weight is just a number so why even bother to check on it all the time? I say get rid of the shackles of weighing machines and be free at last from the number that keeps dragging you down. If you want to keep track of your weight, just depend on your clothes. If some of it starts to get too tight, then it is time to hit the gym for a spot of exercise, that is if you dont want to get new clothes.

4. Sign up for a gym or ensure you incorporate some form of exercise in your life – no, not to lose weight but to give you a healthy glow you can never get anywhere else! Also, exercise is a good way to relieve stress, assist blood circulation, improve your health and yes, it even improve your self esteem! Nothing a good round of some sweat-inducing exercise wont do to give you a satisfied, warm and relaxed feeling.
